As the architecture of the soul, they provide an important map for our wholeness. The chakras are thought to vitalize the physical body and to be associated with interactions of both a physical and mental nature.
What chakra balancing is?
Chakra balancing promotes general health and well-being by ensuring the free flow of life energy throughout the body. When there is a blockage in this flow, it will finally result in emotional or physical illness; chakra balancing removes and maximizes energy flow.
